Submit invoices

Those insured by BVAEB and ÖGK can use the app to submit all invoices for reimbursement. Simply start the function in the app, take or upload a photo, upload documents from a folder, fill out a few form fields - done.

In the case of ÖGK insurance, submitted invoices can also be viewed and confirmations downloaded.

Grant e-permission

Grant an e-authorization to a healthcare provider using the NFC function of your e-card. The e-permit is valid for 24 hours. If your healthcare provider uses the e-authorization within this period, this will allow the same access to your health data as inserting or NFC reading the e-card in the office.

Show e-card data and co-insured persons

The app shows you where and for how long you are insured and who is also insured with you. With the app you can easily view the insurance numbers of your co-insured persons, relatives and children while on the go, and order a new e-card.

Insurance data extract

Do you need proof of your insurance periods? Simply download the insurance data extract in the app – with or without information about your salary. Just the way you need it.

Show doctor visits

Would you like to know which doctors you have recently used your e-card with? The app shows you a list starting from the last quarter.

View prescription fee cap

The app shows you how many prescriptions you have already redeemed and how many prescriptions would still be needed to receive a prescription fee exemption.

View performance information

You can easily see in the app what costs the insurance has covered for you in recent years.
